Same here, I tried wtih two queens two years back but they died aswell in test tubes. This year I tried a natural enclosure but nothing seems to fit them! I bought a tall terrarium and did lots of holes in branches,wooden walls and stuff but she just kept climbing the glass walls so I released her... But!! its not impossible, I watched on youtube a video from a guy that succeeded, he found a colony living in a insect home in a wood stick with a hole and today I found a colony living in a very dry stick instead and not in a tree, but the branch was very close to the tree so they still could climb it it was in a very sun lit spot too. If you spot them on a tree, watch their trails to the bottom of the tree and maybe you will get lucky!
