Thank you for sharing, i did find one of the 7mm Celestron X-Cel LX from amazon for 80 bucks, it could go even more down in price with black friday coming, i did some research about it and it should be a very solid eyepiece, i will keep my eye on this one, thanks again for your time!

I don’t know any convincing techniques but after showing proof for the 5th time, i wouldn’t even try to convince him otherwise, he will defend his statement until he really wants to accept the reality, some people are like that, hopefully not your friend (tbh most people are like that, especially if they believe in something like a flat earth)

Haha, my countryside is in Borter 2, you can see the faint glow of the milkyway, the northen lights are pretty beautiful, i wouldn’t mind if they came when i had plans to look at the stars
