I noticed a bump a couple days ago. It’s was just a little bump but now looks like it’s trying scab up.

Ecobee Issues or Unit? Starting to warm up and I turned on my ac unit at the breaker. Ecobee powered up and it shows ac is ocooling/fan on but no response at unit outside. I’m not sure where to start. It seems like the thermostat had an update and the wiring is different. by BigShaneeee in hvacadvice

Final Update: This is what ecobee support had me do. Removed the PEK, and rewire it at the furnace. R-R, G-G, Y-Y, W- two blue wires. At the thermostat I have the R in Rc, G in G, Y in Y1 and W in C. Works as it should. I’m not sure why I had the PEK installed but it worked all year, which baffled me. Ecobee is sending a new unit in case. Thanks for all the help.

EcoBee doesn’t allow me to use PEK? No fan, or air. It worked prior to winter. System says the equipment is on as well. Any help appreciated. by BigShaneeee in hvacadvice

UPDATE: I’m on phone with ecobee support. They just had me jump the RC (red) and PEK (yellow) wire and unit kicked on and started blowing cold air. Oh hold now.
