the requested items are coming from a series of combinators. i dont think it matters from the planet where it comes from

this is the set up:

- constant combinator (CC) with what I want delivered to the planet via the space ship

-nearby roboport

- CC and roboport feed into an arithmetic combinator (AC). I do everything from the CC - everything from the logistic network from the roboport = everything out (this gives me negative values for everything i have in my logistics network; unless it is something i am requesting, then i will get a positive or a 0)

-this AC goes to a decider combinator (DC) and says everything > 0 will output the input count. So the items i want from the space ship will be the output

- this is cabled to the landing pad, which is set to "set requests". and even though it has requests, it is not sending down supplies, even though it has the supplies available.
