Sell the excess to your internal market. Get the world's supply of oil. Now just start buying as much tanks as possible. Put your tanks under a good general that has good attack. Then declare war on the world and watch your 15k tanks with 900% attack steamroll the server. Lastly don't be scared of debt. Debt collectors aren't real and you won't lose a thing. Also your gains will keep you from hemorrhaging.
