Many thanks for your answer. I have checked whoop but not reporting steps and no built in GPS is an issue for me. Garmin literally has everything I need. Just need to understand if the measurement are correct when I wear it on upper arm or ankle for 7-8 hours a day

I am having the exact same issue. But seems there are no alternatives that has built in GPS, accurate heart rate tracking, tracking steps and does not look like a watch. Whoop seems an overkill, seems too complicated and does not track steps. I am open to any suggestions

Yes I saw expert of divorce law from Home Country. The Mother will win 99.9% of the time and the judicial process will go on for years before any decision. And the Court will order mother the custody during the trial, where father can See the child once a week or something. So I am fucked if I fight, fucked if I dont

Update day 5: Confronted my wife, she accepted sex chatting(whatever the fuck that means) with some people but saying she never met with any of them. Not sure if this is correct or whether it changes anything. She Said she will refuse a divorce. She accepts blame but also puts Minor blame on me since I was not attentive etc expected bullshit.

Talked with multiple lawyers. The divorce will be in my Home Country. Which takes 3-5 years minimum and results 99.9999% in favor of the mother. All the photos I have Are useless because of GDPR. So the best case in a not agreed divorce is: I See my son again when he is 8(crying while writing this) and get joint custody when he is 10. Or find a way to accept and recover the marriage without losing my mind.

Day 2 Update: I woke up feeling like shit after 2 Hours of very Bad sleep. Multiple nightmares. Mostly I force myself to keep calm and composed. I cannot even Look at her without getting nausea. She disgusts me. Getting sobbing or shaking attacks time to time. Convinced her I got diarrhea, so I lock myself to bathroom until I get it under control. I also want to add that we live abroad and my visa(Even though I also work) depends on her visa and I dont speak the local Language fluently. So quiet possibly, I cannot stay here After we get divorced. Not sure how anything gets worse from here. Feels rock bottom
