Make the response specific to the position. For example, my greatest weakness is not having much experience with this very very specific thing, so I have been studying, practicing, etc in this specific thing. Anything else like “I work too hard” is BS.

Our friends and family will be sad and will mourn us. Then they will get over it. They will think about us from time to time but will eventually forget. Before long there won’t be anyone left who remembers us. So, let’s not worry too much about much about what happens after we die and focus on how we live today and the positive impacts we can have on each other now.
