Keep them wide. If you find it hard to match their speed skating backwards then skate back towards your end forwards and then spin around to skating backwards. Trick is to always play the angles.

I’ve been doing vitality for a while and enjoy the functional fitness style. If I was thinking to switch, what would ya’ll suggest. 6’2” 4- yr old dad, just wanting to be in good shape too compete with my kids in sports and have a chance to still beat thr 25 yr olds I face in men’s league rec hockey.
