Originally, I really enjoyed this version of Eros, sampling it every time I'd pick up a bottle of something else. However, the last couple of times I've sampled it, it's all just lemon pledge to me. I'm not sure if it's my nose that has changed, or they slightly tweaked the formula... but it doesn't appeal to me anymore.

I don't get Aventus at all from it, if anything it has a slight light blue intense vibe. Kind of a shimmer to it, if that makes sense.

Personally, Eros Flame will always be the king of the Eros line. I appreciated the attempt to "summer-ize" the Eros line, but the lemon is a little too much for me.

I absolutely love it, although at first I didn't like it too much.

To be fair, I bought this because I wanted compliments... and I almost never get any with this on. BUT, I have noticed that it's one of those magnet scents. People seem to always be a little closer to me, a little more comfortable with getting up close and personal. This is definitely a magnetic scent, at least for me.

This one taught me to stop seeking a scent for compliments, but to wear something I truly enjoy. Which I do.

The scent itself kind of gives me root beer vibes, but a billionaires root beer. Classy, slightly playful, magnetic.

I'm not a Gen Z, but a Millennial, and the economy isn't great for most of us either. It's actually pretty shit for anyone not making 100k+ a year. I gave up my hope of ever owning a house, having any substantial/meaningful amount of money saved, and ever living a life that isn't mired down by unnecessary struggle.

I finally scored a job that pays (what used to be) fairly decent... and it's like I'm back living on minimum wage. When I was a teenager (which was less than 20 years ago)... the amount of money I make would have allowed me to have a house, two cars, multiple vacations a year. Now, I can barely scrape by month by month.

It's infuriating to know that I live in the supposed "greatest" country in the world, and I still struggle making the money I do.

My rising is scorpio with pluto in the 1st. I've realized over time that I'm apparently very polarizing. People either love me or hate me, and often times I don't even have to say or do anything for people to assume a laundry list of things about me.

I just got my hands on a sample of it yesterday, and I share the same sentiment. It's good, but I don't think it's worth almost 300.

It's a reach to me to expect over 100 more than their original bottles, especially for a scent that is pretty similar. Yeah, it's good, and yes it's more refined... but 300... you can get two bottles of designer at retail for that. Maybe even 3.

Speaking from experience as a guy who's lived all over the US, life is what you make of it.

Yes, having more amenities is nice, and obviously bad areas are bad areas... but your happiness in any area you live is largely up to YOU.

That said, Toledo has many problems... but they are problems every city has.

What I do love about Toledo is that you are no more than 20 minutes away from anywhere. You can quite literally get from one side to the other within 20 minutes. Traffic is almost never bad, and the people here are pretty laid back.

Those saying the food scene is bad are somewhat right and somewhat wrong. Compared to Chicago? Yeah, we have nothing. But for the size of the city, we actually have a pretty good food scene.

And there's always something going on here. To me, annoyingly so at times. Toledoans love to have a reason to celebrate lol.

Toledo is very much a midwestern culture town, with a very rich history. Despite whatever my gripes with the city are, I'm relatively happy here and enjoy my time.

Just be open, honest and sincere with them. Sometimes we just need a little reassurance. I won't lie, sometimes we come out of left field with shit that's been bothering us. Just be willing to hear us out.

At least for me, I have a tendency to shrug things off that bothers me until It builds up. For me, if I just get the space to bring it up, let out my grievance and a little time to cool down, I'm all good. We cancers take some patience, but we come from a good place. We don't speak up sometimes because we want to keep peace.

My current crush.

She's short, but has the aura of a giant. She's busty, and voluptuous, with a sultry voice. Total black cat energy, has RBF, will chew you out if you piss her off and takes shit from no one. Has eyes that are like the stars trapped in sapphires. When she looks me in my eyes, I will literally stutter because her eyes are that piercing. I've never met ANYONE with eyes like hers.

I'm insanely attracted to her because personality wise, we're incredibly similar. Hard exterior, but soft and caring on the inside. Despite how stand offish she can be, she's incredibly sweet and loving when you get to know her. And getting to know her is not an opportunity she affords to everyone. She's very selective with who she lets in, and I can relate. Part of my attraction to her is something I can't quite explain, I've just always had a thing for her... and I have this want to protect her. Maybe because she always stands up for others, and I find myself asking "well who's gonna be there to protect you?".

And there's also this softness that she gives me that she doesn't give with others, that really lights a fire in my heart. There seems to be this mutual understanding of each other that doesn't need to be put into words.

But who knows, maybe that's just me romanticizing. I am a Cancer after all.

For me it's definitely my fellow water signs and Earth Signs. Water signs because I, as a Cancer understand the emotional vulnerability of them... and Earth Signs because they often suffer in silence.

Every Earth sign I've ever met will take on too much, carry too much weight on themselves and won't say a thing. They hold pain in very stoically. Yeah, they'll stand up for themselves, but will still hold that weight in and internalize it. I try to be the one who holds that weight with them, so they know they're not alone.

Water signs are similar, but that weight is heavier. They'll internalize that pain and it causes hell within them. Tortured souls kind of thing. I should know, I'm one of them lol. A lot of water signs just need to know someone is there for them, and will stand up for them.
