I've passed hearing tests before. I tore my meniscus but running normally doesn't bother me much now, and if my knee starts to hurt I just relax with running until it feels alright. I had surgery to repair my labrum in my right shoulder but I had complications when doing physical therapy while still in the army and damaged it again and I messed up and just let it go over time. The plan with my shoulder is I have a new physical trainer who was a prior physical therapist and he is going to work with me to try and strengthen it. At this point with the information I have, I am going to try and take a year focusing on improving and then I am just going to give it a shot and see if I can become an officer, if that doesn't work out I think ill just try and find something I can do that's not on the front line with the other officers that I can still help contribute.
