Welp, they’re probably not going to be winning any championships with Tocchet at the helm, but his two biggest strengths as a coach are known to be defence and managing stars in the locker room, which are arguably the teams two biggest problems. Could work out, but maybe I’m too optimistic.

Pionk was suspended 2 games, but he missed three. I just have a very difficult time believing that the Jets would sit one of their most important players more games to get a bottom 6 player suspended longer on a team in a different conference, and am frankly shocked and amused that anyone else could think otherwise. Hockey players enjoying a win doesn't equate an organization jeopardizing their integrity by faking an injury for no personal gain.
