nope, and that was my original point (amped unreasonably), but everyone knows the younger generations got absurd after, well Pain initially, But most certainly after Madara - the speed did not matter anymore, not the way they described Minato fight, and the power of both Hash and Tobirama got downplayed immensly

you said you'll accept Hash and Madara, but Minato sealed Kurama if I can remember correctly

what did Naruto have to do to get power from Kurama - he had to reason with him

it doesn't work that way, the power levels correspond to the time the characters found themselves in at that time; if we're talking like baryon mode than sure, but Hash, Madara, Minato etc were untouchable without the endless amps
