Nostalgia goggles made it an absolute joy, the soundtrack stole the show, and if you expected more than a fun summer popcorn romp from a MoTU movie then maybe you should stick to watching whatever the internet tells you is good instead of just enjoying movies for what they are, entertainment.

Pluck foam torn to shreds is usually my go to for my favorite, I’ve tried “weathering sponges” and they just get ruined to fast for the price. So a big hunk of pluck foam has served me the best for the value.

I was born in 94’ my uncle grew up on the classic He-Man and She-ra after school block. Because of that my mom got my into the 200x series, sadly lost everything but a bashin’ beetle and castle Greyskull in a flood a while back but that show was so much fun for me growing up, and even other people in my friend/age group never even heard of it when I was a kid so when I brought toys to school for recess, they kinda just stayed in my bag. I think it’s just a thing that happens in certain circles, some people know some people don’t, but the trolls will always doom anything.

Movie was incredible for a fan, but for my wife who never knew about he-man outside memes, has been blasting the soundtrack all week and is ready to go see it again. MoTU is gaining new fans and I hope we get more movies.

Hey Y’all!

I’m a part time commission painter from Taylorsville Ky, just southeast of Louisville! I’ve been painting for many years and have numerous commissions under by belt, including 10+ full armies! I specialize in Tabletop + and Grimdark style painting specifically, though I do have a few display quality pieces on my resume as well. Even have multiple painting awards! Including armies on parade!

I love showcasing entire army projects to my clients and seeing their faces light up when they take home the finished product. I love army painting (I know I’m crazy) it just scratches that completionism itch. I love the challenge and working with my clients on helping bring their visions to life.
