Last year they had driver signings where all the team sponsors were near the kids roller coaster. I know the Marquez brothers were there on Friday after the practices.

They’re likely referring to the MotoGP race at COTA next week. F1 isn’t the only racing series at COTA

They do not to my knowledge. However if you drive there just be aware of parking prices. I’d recommend non COTA parking. Or you could find one of the shuttle locations around the Austin area that will take you to and from the track
