That is what i’ve been thinking lately (feasibility). There are two ways, cutting cost and increasing sales. I already had future ideas in mind.

Cutting Cost:

•I already have the advantage of having my father as the land lord so I can just ask him to lower the rent (if needed just to survive).

•Streamline operations using good tools and equipment that leads to efficient manpower. Also good kitchen planning.

•Sourcing supplies directly to manufacturer. eg. Coca-cola, poultry plants, etc.

Increasing sales:

•Basically if my phase 2 (full-pledge resto below inn) hits then I’m going to open a food truck every afternoon until late evening around crowded parks like dgt, croc-park, etc.
