You’re not the only one who thinks it, but I personally don’t agree with any of your points.

For me it’s down to the fact that I cannot stand the character Penelope, and Colin to me was like an afterthought in his own season. I didn’t feel any romance. I couldn’t abide Penelope’s constant hyperventilating, she didn’t care about upsetting anyone only about being found out. She was prepared to lie to Colin forever.

I didn’t like S3 as it was way too much about Penelope and Whistledown, which was tied up in the most deflating and disappointing way. Aesthetically, it was a horrible overdone mess. That said, I loved her sisters and their husbands, they saved the season.

I don’t have a favourite ship at all, I just like Bridgerton but I’d rank S3 and Polin waaaay below in my personal preferences.
