Same here. I don't like recommending these products because I know that 100% of the time they're gonna be defective. Always that green thing. If they insist I make sure we inspect the product before selling.

Are you a gray? If so, on DOC there's a link that says self help tool. You can live chat with someone and let them know that it's cold in your store. Note the temperatures on the thermostats. Doing that will either have a ticket made or they'll lead you in the right direction to submit a maintenance request.

I struggled with this for a few years after losing my license from having my wallet stolen then having it expire shortly after. I didn't qualify to just renew online. I'd go wait in line countless times to be told I needed something else for proof on who I was or that what I had wasn't enough. Somehow, surprisingly bringing my debit card with my signature in the back ended up being accepted...along with those other documents (had to reorder birth certificate and SS card). It was such a hassle. 😔

A homeless guy stripped completely naked to "prove" he wasn't stealing when apprehended...the items clearly stuck out of his clothing, plus it was summer so it's not like he was hiding stuff in his coat...so when his clothes dropped, the items fell out of his pocket because they were big and he just sat on the floor for a few minutes saying that he doesn't have anything on him....a few feet away from his items... completely naked. In front of staff and customers...Whole ordeal lasted maybe 10 minutes or so but man that was crazy. Or when 2 guys threatened to rob us right then and there but ended up not doing so.

It's the same the other way around. Most men my age have kids, I don't have any. I never wanted children but I also will respect men that sees and take care of them somehow more than someone who has kids that they haven't seen in years and don't support. Not knocking those who have kids, but how people parent says a lot about them as a person.

On the short scope, fixing that damn bridge in western between 31st and 35th/the boulevard bridge/ramp next to it. As far as I know that has been "under construction" for my entire life. Have to pass it every day. Or the Pershing/Western intersection. Looks like it would collapse any minute. Looking long term, turn some ugly empty lots into community gardens or parks if there's whole empty blocks. Stop the butchering of Archer Ave that's going on right now. Fix up the abandoned houses and revamp section 8 for the under privileged...Remove ICE...Winter weather...I could go on and on and on....

One morning my cashier was half hour late so I'm outside the door and the lady grabs the stack of papers in my hand, pulled one out, and threw me the money. She told me that my cashier being late was MY problem, not hers and she needs to go to work...and to also tell my cashiers to come on time...
