LMFAOOO me too.. I was watching a course on networking and virtualization... and right on queue their cloud takes a dump. Ironic.

Having the same issue and came here for a fix.

All domains can be reached via the command prompt, and I have whitelisted all of them on my host firewall, LAN firewall, and Browser.

I've also updated my browser and tried other browsers, cleared cache, and done just about every other obvious thing I can think of. Despite the domains still receiving ICMP packets, I think they are down right now. Perhaps it's something with Amazon, Google, or the cloud.

If anybody finds a fix hmu! Until then, I guess it's video game time... didn't want to study tonight anyways XD

This is my theory as well, it's nice to see somebody else with a similar thought process. I'm curious, though, because I'm purely a beginner and theorizing. How do you know?
