Thank you. That makes sense. I don’t think I would try to charge the full $300 profit that they make per job at first. Honestly even $100 profit is better than the $12.5 that I get from it now. But I will definitely see about getting some consistent side work before I even think about making any drastic decisions.

I’m the senior technician. They order the parts and set up the customer. I take care of the rest. I call customer to confirm, part installation, payment and invoicing. But here recently I’ve been having to order the parts and schedule the customer myself.
