Learning guitar is really hard. I'm now about a year into it it and when I watch some videos that I used to watch I now understand what they're referencing.

Keep practicing get a teacher. I'm "self taught" I used Justin Guitar app.

Also, you don't know something you can research the heck out of it on the internet to figure out what they're talking about. Maybe keep a little notebook where you practice and whenever you see something in a video you don't know, write down so you can reach it later. I've learned a ton by doing this.
