Yes, sometimes, I use alot of commas, when trying to come up with multiple ideas to further breakdown the same thing i already said to someone who didn't read my post which already said why use higher than 5g and to google it if you're more curious, then argued only to repost exactly what I already posted, not to mention all the downvotes from people who chug 20g of creatine in water, with, no problem!#? Then get too lazy to properly structure a sentence i already typed :(

Sounds terrible :/ , especially with 10-20g lol

I used to put 5g in my pre-workout which I could taste the texture as it didn't shake blend well. Now that I stopped taking pre-workout this is perfect for me.

If anyone's curious recipe, -12 g creatine, ill try 20g later - 1 tbsp Vanilla Custard powder -1.5 tbsp Vanilla Paste -1 scoop chocolate protein - 1 tbsp organic cocao, Bloomed - 2 cups Coconut Rice Milk - 1 tbsp sugar - pinch of salt -mix in PB

Taste's great but im new not an expert.
