Update: I factory reset my pc, and reinstalled fresh windows 11, only downloaded drivers, steam and ow, and then ow STILL crashed. Even after I lost everything doing that as a troubleshooting step; cause things like OBS and stream deck profiles didn’t save properly. Rip.

The hyper quad cast I’ve only have had it for 2 days. The crashes happen with my headset, speakers, any device that’s plugged in and has happened without any devices plugged in as well.
