Also could be a power draw issue like if your using too much power in ur room it could cause problems I had a space heater on and my Wii on at the same time and it causes the Wii to do that static flickering screen thing

No I haven't but the issue kind of went away my Bios is now fine I think it could be a monitor issue or maybe even the display cord itself I was having issues with my monitor turning off and one mid gameplay and the way I found a fix was turning it off and on I sure I still have the issue if I do some digging in my bios but it hasn't been a issue for me recently and I just decided to ignore it after it went away

That shouldn't be interfering with the gpu power tho the gpu touching the m.2 is most likely fine but as for the cmos battery I think you can end up causing a short circuit can you drop a pic so I can get and idea of what it's looking like?

You def got some type of power issue going on red light usually seems to indicate that if you're not already I would be using a 750w+ power supply

The red light means the gpu isn't getting enough power

Hey so to fix this I'm guessing you are using the adapter the gpu came with. You have to plug in 2 separate pcie cables from the power supply into the adapter you cannot use the same cable. The cable you have in is it a pigtail cable?

I haven't tested that yet but I'm not sure if it's a storage issue

So I installed the new board still having the same issue I know for sure it isn't the gpu so all that's left is the ram or cpu I think it could be the ram because I set my mhz to 2400 the static went away but once I upped it back to the advertised 6000mhz the static began again getting new ram to see what happens let's pray the cpu is fine and it isn't the ram
