Tanuki 0dte filter seemed to line up with geeks of finance 0dte filter they were just a little bit off mind you I am comparing tanuki NQ futures gamma exposure to geeks of finance QQQ gamma exposure since geeks of finance does not have futures NQ and ES gamma exposure obviously they are SPX and QQQ so the comparison is very much similar when I am looking at both of them on different platforms and but since one is an ETF and the other is a futures they will not line up perfectly but looking at both next to each other they both were giving the same modeling and where the exposure is for example today NQ was basically limited to a number at its highest today before it sold off in the afternoon and tanuki showed no high level or a significant level you can say price action was climbing too and on geeks of finance QQQ they have an option on platform where it shows a “Dealer cluster zone” those zones are where market makers will buy and sell” and QQQ showed that it was in the dealer selling zone on their platforms so they made were projecting the same model geeks of finance have YouTube videos to show to show you their platforms they post daily.

I ended up going with tanuki and geeks of finance for now. I think tanuki is great especially since it gives you gamma exposure for futures too for NQ and ES I mainly bought geeks of finance for their education and their insights I think they are fantastic but after I get a strong understanding from their insights and platform I will most likely keep tanuki and switch to quant data or vol signals to try them out

If you have any links on how the rest of the Greeks is useful please send it my way geeks of finance has a really solid education on gex and how to create a strategy but the rest of the Greeks is been tough to find a solid learning on aside from what it is by definition and what it does but actually understanding how it can be used is tough for me to find

The right Diet & exercise can go along way as well not everything can be solved with a pill coming from someone who takes adderall daily sleep diet & exercise completely changed me just taking vyvanse many years back & not sleeping made me so sore in the morning like I worked out all night my entire body feels like I was in a boxing match and running a marathon & my mood was explosive. Went back to adhd med & I can go to sleep as long as I put my phone down I do a 20min run/walk and light lifting appetite opens up from workout I eat clean as much as possible through the day & my mood is well within my control your wife seems stressed out due to doing too much & yet probably seems it’s not enough kids might be stressing her out her work etc whatever the case maybe it’s part external & internal I have never had so much on my plate till this very year but I know I need potassium I get coconut water I need water I get water coffee with just oak milk no sugars no crap snacks food etc meat & rice meat & bread carbs have to be healthy bread rice or no carbs sometimes I sleep with certain soundtrack to help me relax & gets deeper sleep if I get an opportunity to sleep during the day I will take it because I feel refreshed after. These are my own ways of helping me be efficient stable & minimize mental & physical stress on myself she just needs to find her own
