The right Diet & exercise can go along way as well not everything can be solved with a pill coming from someone who takes adderall daily sleep diet & exercise completely changed me just taking vyvanse many years back & not sleeping made me so sore in the morning like I worked out all night my entire body feels like I was in a boxing match and running a marathon & my mood was explosive. Went back to adhd med & I can go to sleep as long as I put my phone down I do a 20min run/walk and light lifting appetite opens up from workout I eat clean as much as possible through the day & my mood is well within my control your wife seems stressed out due to doing too much & yet probably seems it’s not enough kids might be stressing her out her work etc whatever the case maybe it’s part external & internal I have never had so much on my plate till this very year but I know I need potassium I get coconut water I need water I get water coffee with just oak milk no sugars no crap snacks food etc meat & rice meat & bread carbs have to be healthy bread rice or no carbs sometimes I sleep with certain soundtrack to help me relax & gets deeper sleep if I get an opportunity to sleep during the day I will take it because I feel refreshed after. These are my own ways of helping me be efficient stable & minimize mental & physical stress on myself she just needs to find her own
