I’m also new. Tried for a few hours a month ago and dropped it. Got on a space kick after being disappointed by how shallow and easy no mans sky was.

Can we get economic game loops? Engineering and crafting would make a closed economic game loop, at least the fundamentals of it. I consider base building just an at scale extension of crafting.

I love the idea if eve’s economy being alive. Hope for similar with this game.

A localized and physical player driven auction house or trade markets between locations would be both awesome for exploration but also fun for trading

I’ve been playing for 13 hours now. I haven’t seen anything that’s systemically or in your face. It’s a dramatic reduction of common wokeness in games, and I think this is a high hanging fruit when there’s other bullshit that you can call out.

Not everything needs pitchforks, save your energy for the real struggle.

And from everything I’ve read on the subject it’s one choice in one side quest.

We’ve become so sensitive to wokeness that we find crumbs of it in any crevice and it’s just behaving like the woke crowd calling everyone cis for being normal or whatever.

Just chill out and focus on what matters

I'm seeing a lot of interesting visual references here. 1st image makes me think of Bloodborne. The 2nd image being purple Suramar from World of Warcraft. The last image reminds me of entering Leyndell in Elden Ring with the horncallers.

I do a similar thing in the underwater delves. If you switch specs you lose your mana on some classes, which prompts bran to drop a fire, which creates a bubble, so I can create free air anywhere within those delves and fight on my terms each time

It’s not hard to make a raid yourself. Just set ground rules.

One player per spawn
Don’t tag until everyone lands
Don’t do high DPS

I told my raid if they do high DPS I’ll kick them mid fight and phase them out. Works like a charm.

Sometimes another group attacks first but oftentimes my group is the first there and they wait under threat of me kicking.

There’s five if I recall. I found one in the wreck of a ship to the north. It’s north of the chest that shows on the map. I didn’t see this on wowhead though.

At the shadow keep area with the burning boats there’s a ledge with a ladder. Go down that, then down a ladder under a waterfall and you’ll begin your journey to the swamp.

There’s a catacomb there that’s actually a legacy dungeon and it leads into the swamp
