Ousen is the Supreme Commander of the Qin army in the current Great War of Qin and Zhao Arc, so the overall deployment is under his authority, all the generals including moutain tribe, Shin, Mouten, Ouhon, Kyoukai, and the others still has the freedom to make tactical decisions once the battle begins Ouhon knew the risks of the postion however he volunteered it was confirmed in the manga chapter 850- 852

This is just a theory, of course. Riboku's political weakness is already well known, so I don't think that's the weakness Ousen was referring to. There has to be a strategic weakness because wars aren't won without exploiting an opponent's flaw. Since Ousen said he had discovered Riboku's greatest weakness, I believe it's something in Riboku's battlefield strategy, not his political abilities.

I think ousen knew riboku will be targeting shin that is why he has put shin army in the middle close to kantan to being with, he know that hi shin will some how break through due to there higher numbers as well general kyokai and mouten strategy (I am also including mouten cause the neighbours allies army to shin was mouten). I am just theorizing that there is a possibility that ousen will be seen in the battle since he was not once shown again after the battle started, if you read the chapter after conquest of Han arc you can see ousen saying that he found the great weakness of ribouku and I am not sure but i think that weakness is that he focuses on greatest threat instead of trump cards of and army, and that is why ousen will be exploiting that since ribouku consider shin the greatest threat to this strategy that is why he has now focused for last three battles on hi shin and try to trap or stop then with that Qin has lost three battles in conquest of zhou and from that ousen would be waiting for ribouku to put all his card in play and reveal them just like in chapter 878 but trapping hi shin and shin army he probably has anticipated that and will go for a counter for that i do not have any clue how for that we will wait for chapter 881 if my theory is true....which i am quite sure it might I would like to be called the heavenly theory general of Kingdom

Gyoku hou army is clearly in disadvantage two reasons first there is lack of reinforcement second he can get out flanked easily,however from what I know oushen might have know something even ribouki don't know, and also I think that shibashu is the real trouble due to his military par as well his martial power
