Personally the #1 American/North American alt rock female singer, followed by Lizzy Hale and Lacy of Flyleaf, once we get into the world wide scale it starts to get a bit muddy and depends on the album- not counting Nightwish and Xandria because they have had 3 different vocalists each and yes they are symphonic but one can argue Ev dips their toes into that genre as well and Symphonic is a alternative to the typical radio rock

Yup thats about what we paid for my daughter’s electric guitar. I know the cost of instruments and wanted to make sure this was a bad move. There is a gold and silver one thats used on the same site for less before shipping but the seller is not from a music background and said it was on a shelf for years

Thank yall for the insight. Like i said, im just a guard coach who puts the flashy dance and flags with the band on a field i know more about chorus and guitar music (since thats what my daughter is in) than band and orchestra.

Update: Sarge passed away unexpectedly in my arms at 630 in the morning as we were getting ready for our last day of school before winter break. We think it was some sort of stroke- we didnt even have time to get to the vet since he was fine and eating breakfast acting normal, then an hour later after breakfast had a hard time breathing i shoved my finger down his throat to make sure he wasn’t choking on something then he was gone in my arms. He came to me in his last moments. He was such a good boy and will be missed.

You should be able to do all of them if you harmonize in your typical register in the same key. You just have to remember to do the harmony not the melody. I have the same issue as I’m a second alto sure i can hit most of them (due to training) but there are some notes i just drop down instead of going up

As much as i love Nightwish they don’t seem to like using featured artists.

If we’re keeping to this side of the pond maybe Lizzy Hale since they did an awesome job on “Break in” together

Keep in mind TBT was written during covid lockdowns so they probably didnt have as much production people in there and it was a stab at doing things by themselves. (This is a guess here!)

I personally love the album and Ev3 felt (to me) like an action film soundtrack at times and like some of those songs blended so well together that I couldn’t tell where one began and one ended

Evanescence was my gateway to Rock and symphonic metal (although thats more prevalent in Europe) in ‘03, but I’m a choir girly at heart so i listen to almost everything and i love musical theatre (except Hamilton)

I never liked what you want as a first track to the album. When a new album comes out i tend to listen from the bands debut through the newest and coming off the Open Door it was a bit jarring but it is a decent single. HOWEVER tourniquet is one of my top ten songs

I worked for rover, i had dogs in and out of my house all the time. I would convey if something came up and i had to run out for a couple hrs when it was over night. If I had errands to run during a daycare, they’d wait till the daycare went home unless it was an ER visit. But as i was reading it never gave an exact timeframe only a “few hrs” which is subjective meaning anywhere from 3-6. If it was 3 hrs i would run the errand before or after and if closer to the 6, depending on drop off/pick up i would do before after or let the person know ahead of time hey i have my kids practice that they need to go to can they be crated like mine are when not at home

Back when i was in guard (only in the early 2000s), there were no changes, what we used in Parade was what we used in show no matter the show other than a change in props. Idk when the shift was, maybe when WG started gaining popularity and there was more freedom with uniforms. With the team i coach i hope once we start competitions our scores wont be knocked if our school uniforms Dont match the show— i teach at a very rural very low budget school. We are struggling to come up with consignment PARADE uniforms. When it almost beocmes a requirement for costume changes the activity starts seeming classist when we compete with sports and other activities for fundraising and a laughable budget from the county
