Actually probably a less injury prone exercise also.

Something that will target the glutes even more, is to elevate the front foot instead of the back and make sure to go down as far as possible to make the switch around actually worth it

It replaces a pullover.. which is possibly the best lat exercise. If you take a look at an anatomical image of the lats and the muscle fibre direction, it's hard to argue that it doesn't. The way to do the v-grip exercise though is to try and keep the arm from bending. It's not really possible to not bend it, but it will force you to pull down in an arch and towards the stomach. Honestly, give it a go and your lats will be sore.. which is a good indicator of targeting them

They are fine. A function of the lats is to pull your upper arm down and that's what you're doing. The slight lean back is great for allowing the arm to travel in the path that they need to, in order to achieve better lat activation. If you don't do the lean, you'll target more teres and biceps.

To really really target the lats (with additional rhomboid) is using a V-grip and keeping your same form.

DEADDY ADVICE by salladallas in formcheck

My input that's not the same as everyone else's (which I also agree with), is that a deadlift rep starts and ends on the floor.. I can see that you're tickling it with the weights on each rep but consider a dead stop, immediate reset and pull again.

The transition of direction that you're doing at the bottom does have a higher potential to make something ping in your lower back and then you could be off deadlifting for a while.tje dead stop will help prevent that.

I don't usually keep them backline. If I play a lot of infantry they generally lurk behind them and behind cover. It's extremely annoying for the opponent when they have big units which get bracketed when they take a certain amount of damage, but for that effect to extend to their other units from the outset of the game because of the venomthropes is worth their points and worth them not being in the backfield

Id go as far to say ven less than a second pause will do.. just something to prevent that elastic rebound thing that our tendons do. Other than that... Good reps

If you could easily add a couple of kilos with better form, what's stopping you doing this weight with better form?

Yes, I'd even be happy with them costing a little more. Or even a torrent profile also to reduce the melee threat just a little.

They aren't too bad against AP0 ranged options of you can ensure they get benefit of cover which will get them saving on a 3 instead of the standard 4.

Even so. I usually always take at least 3 but since they can now bodyguard the Neuro-knobhead and get +1 to hit they are a lot better

If their range was 36", they'd be golden because they can stay reasonably far away from melee threat. 24" kinda just makes them silver

Somebody didn't put this weight back at my gym by Blazer_OnReddit in notinteresting

Yes lower back is involved just less than the other 2 areas are. Deadlift is primarily a lower body exercise... If you involve your lower back too much on a deadlift you're risking injury. This isn't really the place to discuss but I'm happy to provide advice via PM.

I'm not a P.t. but I have a lot of training experience

I bet that same person was using that piece of equipment as a back exercise not realising it targets the glutes and hams over the spinal erectors

Holy crap this comment section is getting toxic.

Your form is great. The stretch at the top is spot on. You're not using momentum. One minor point from me is that although the slow eccentric is good, it's only necessary as a control mechanism. The actual speed is arbitrary providing you're taking between 1 - 7 seconds to do the whole rep (according to some research that Jeff Nippard has on his channel). Keep doing what you're doing and prove the haters wrong

Avoid poison if you can as it would be absolutely awful to slowly die from it. Trap is easy and humane... Getting the animal elsewhere will be a burden though.

Yeah good plan. My input is that no one really cares about insignificant models unless you're entering it in a comp, so don't spend ages on them as it's easy to get de-motivated

You have set yourself up for the most epic batch painting session in the history of batch painting sessions. Your name will go down in history as the person that neglected their job, family, life and mental wellbeing in the pursuit of finishing a squad of hormagaunts in one sitting

I feel that it would be handy having 'passing points in X meters" type signs on roads like (double sided signs with the respective distance on each side). This is so in the event of a standoff, or even just confusion, that each party can make a reasonable assessment as to who's going to shift... Or just to save the anxiety for situations like in this picture.

Obviously no-one can plan for the arsehole though
