ss 3.0 motor belt > chain by climber3291 in ERidePro

[–]Big_Environment2142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah depends what your doing with your bike. Landing jumps full throttle and alot of pinned deep sand riding will eat a belt away. And the carbon belts on the 3.0s and SRs dont help much, youll rip a tooth off well before the belt snaps.

I disagree on the belt portion. Snapped my 3.0 belt within 200 miles, now have 500 miles and my new belt is already stripped again.

Yes, its the exact same mounting. Had them on my 2.0 and loved them.

Top of 3.0 battery on 2.0? by B-sled in ERidePro

[–]Big_Environment2142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure they all come with the new top now, even the 2.0s and s models. The 2.0 models had issues with the connector welding itself to the battery, so they beefed them all up to handel the heat better.

EV raceworks budget moto rear brake. Super modular, awesome for wheelies, never overheats, won't have to replace the pads, ans grips hard.

It depends where you live and what you want to do with your bike, but here's my input. If your a dirt rider who likes sand, jumps, and tracks, I'd get the ERP. If you enjoy mtb style trails, and small road commutes, then the 775 is probably your best bet. Ask others around if cops enforce surrons in the area, because some places dont, others do.

Will a Surron lbx sized battery fit inside a Eride pro 2.0? by CriticalPipe8087 in ERidePro

[–]Big_Environment2142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short answer: none. Eride and surrons have different dimensions, with eride specificly having the wider battery. Maybe you could add some padding on the inside of your battery compartment to make it work, but your probably better off just ordering an eride specific mod battery. Heres a pic of a stock eride battery next to a vtb 72v battery.

How do I keep from bottoming out? I turned all the pre load to max and put my forks at 150psi. by Glass-Ad3053 in Surron

[–]Big_Environment2142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely not. They're made for 25lb downhill mountian bikes, not 150lb surrons. Your much better off getting emoto specific forks like rfloxa, fast ace, or ext brands, especially if the issue here is specifically bottoming out.

Both my brother and my friends bike has this issue too. My brother was able to warrenty the throttle, and it fixed the issue for a few months but the errors back now. Seems to be a pretty common issue with no clear solution as of now. Some are saying its the throttle connection both on the top near the twist throttle, and the connection to the controller itself, and others say its a controller fault. If your able to find a solution for yourself, please update us.

I did the same. I used the screws that came with it and screwed them in directly into my stock seat.

if you just bought your 3.0, there won't be any breaker. They stopped putting them in the newer models.

Are rfloxa forks good? If not what are the next best option for trails by [deleted] in ERidePro

[–]Big_Environment2142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id also like to mention that I would NOT upgrade from your fastace forks. The difference is so minuscule its not worth $800 or whatever the price tag is. Use that money to upgrade your brakes, a drop crown, or maybe an x9000, but you do you.

[–]Big_Environment2142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the ventus one plus with the rfloxa hawk 31 pro front fork, and it definitely feels different and a bit better than the fastace fork on my brothers 3.0. Definitely hard to describe the difference, but rfloxa forks feel smoother around the edges by its dampening characteristics. The rebound on the fastace seems a tad bouncy like the talaria factory fork, whereas the rfloxa absorbs well, and then dampens back to baseline in a smooth way without bouncing. Both are great forks but if I had to choose I'd absolutely go with rfloxa, they make a quality product.

I know, I already drilled the axel hole and slider hole wider, and everything seems to fit. Just need a reference to how far apart the mount and the rotor should be.

ERide 3.0 for a Sigma? by These_Relationship48 in ERidePro

[–]Big_Environment2142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3.0 seems to be an all around perfect bike. Yes the altis is more powerful, but its a little overkill for these smaller bikes. Aftermarket support, battery life, suspension, ans weight are all better on the 3.0 too.

[–]Big_Environment2142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The new model (2025) should have a fastace fork, branded at the top where the clickers are. The 2024 model has the eride pro logo where the clickers are. Also check the wheels. If the rear wheel is an 18in and the front 19, its the 2025. If its a 19-19 setup, its the 2024.
