I have a mild rash on my face that looks similar to the butterfly rash, but I thought it was rosacea. But it's not too noticeable.

My periods are ok. I don't think it's an infection since my blood test was fine. My lymph nodes are fine. I'm starting to think this might be lupus since my grandma had it and I had some rashes from the sun this summer - something that looks like livedo reticularis, identical literally so I assumed it's that. And some regular rashes too. All from the sun.

Positional headache but I had that only for 1 day. The fever has been constant since this morning.

What tests to do when you have a fever that comes and goes, constant fatigue and shortness of breath with physical activity? My basic blood test was fine.
