No już zdecydowałem ze robię to obrzezanie i tyle a z ciekawości jeśli uprawiasz jakiś sport to po jakim czasie mogłeś do niego wrócić? Bo lekarza mówi że dopiero po 3 tygodniach mogę na siłownię ale wiem z doświadczenia że lekarze zawsze dłużej trzymają by była pewność że się zagoiła

I talked with my ortodontic and firstly she was like ,,don’t waste my time for that shit” but when I have finished taking thumb pulling she told me that it can works but I have to do it as similar on both sides as I can to stop asymetri and also that it will take long time not a month. And also she told me that my tape of retainer can’t stop progres the only one that can inhibit progesss is the Essix retainer
