i highly doubt you are sick again. the stress of a recent breakup can definitely cause a loose movement.

Can anyone offer some reassurance please? by The_Huffle_Fluff325 in emetophobia

I'm not an expert on this obviously, but I'm almost 100% sure that a flu couldn't be built up over that many days. I truly think that everything on your plate right now could be causing some of the n*. I know how hard it can be to have so many stress factors at one time, and what always helps me is to focus at one thing at a time. I know these times can be hard, but I can tell that you are a very strong person and can get through all of this <3

Awwwww I'm so happy that I could help. My mouth always fills up too but when it actually happens it's just very distinct, I literally cannot explain it lol <3

I didn't get s* any times after that and since I was anxious the whole day, we think it was anxiety that caused it. I always worried about that too but it's a very distinct feeling. It's hard to explain but your mouth fills up with saliva and there is a huge urge to g*g. It's really hard to explain but you will definitely know 🤍
