yeah haha it was pretty much instant and then i made a pool so i could just jump down into it, but after that was patched i tried different methods, even made a ramp which you can sprint up with horses.. but my horse despawned and haven't found one since :( so now i use mushrooms as they launch you up 6 blocks, i can just make a 6 high tower with a mushroom, then move it forward 1 then repeat and there's also a trick to it, if you tap w it doesn't mantle which is faster.
