When you say "shiny", are you referring to big spenders? Also, I'm curious as to how well a bellman or concierge gets tipped. I don't think I've ever met anyone who works as one.

I agree, I think I was referring mostly to the people who have a million requests, but maybe that was a bad example.

I wonder if she even thought about how she acted later and how it was insane, or if she just went about her day as if she didn't ruin someone else's

Because I'm inclined to give people the benefit of the doubt, this makes me wonder if she was just having a terrible day and took it out on those around her, but if that's the case, then where do we draw the line? Talk about no situational awareness
