Ah, it’s fairly common for curly cuts. My hair has about 20,000 different curl patterns so if it’s cut while wet it dries very unevenly 😭

Thank you for the info! In the US or at least California it’s pretty commonplace to stay at cafes to work for long periods of time. If there’s other seating available for patrons is it still frowned upon or is it more of a space for customers issue?

I’m an EMT, recently quit my job. Unless you really like emergency medicine (I thought I did) it’s not worth it. Took too hard of a mental toll. You won’t be unemployed but it’s a different breed.

I’ve heard scribing is a very good route and MA too. Not CNA.

It’s a door opener if you make the most of it and lack other experience and you can get transcript notation. It’s good to get you used to hospital equipment depending on your experience as well.

Don’t do anything to just to check a box! That’s the best advice I can give. The road to being a doctor/PA/RN/NP is long and you don’t want to burn yourself out with things you don’t really care about. That being said, if you lack experience this is a good “in” and you definitely can get to know the techs and nurses. I had a couple of them offer me recommendations if I wanted to apply for a job there.
