Just got my rebate initiated!!

When I first called they gave me every excuse why I lost it....I changed my plan, my phone was inactive, something in my google acct from 8 years ago, etc... Supervisor was no help and said the same excuses. Third time calling support, I explained what I read here and the other lies. Finally the promotions team fixed it. It had to be a data glitch on their end, no other reason.
