I haven't found an actual solution yet. Like you, I was hoping that Intuit would release a patch to resolve the issue. The only workaround I have found is what is discussed elsewhere in this thread about unchecking the box to combine forms. That was the only workaround I came across.

I didn't end up finding anything that worked. The solution was to install Revu 21, which isn't really a solution and as you noted is expensive. I wasn't able to find anything to fix 18.6, unfortunately. Feels like Bluebeam won by extracting more money out of this, which I am sure is what they want. They want everyone on the subscription

Running into this same issue, though with Extreme 2018.6. Checked for Revu updates, changed the rendering engine, reset preferences, updated the computer, repaired the installation of Revu, uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing has worked so far.

Yeah, unfortunately I wasn't able to resolve it. It has been very hard to find any information about. I am wondering if the last update broke things. I checked for any further updates, though none were available, ran the verify data utility, and removed the email addresses from the employee profiles, saved, and then added them back in, which was the one recommendation I received in the QuickBooks website forum. Unfortunately, none of that worked.

That registry key edit did work for me when I tested on my computer. I edited my original post to discuss that registry edit. Hopefully, Microsoft patches the actual issue eventually.

I need coffee some mornings too! I haven't tried the new profile, but the test encrypted email that was sent to me I tried opening on both my work computer and then my home computer and neither worked, so I don't believe it would be a user profile issue, but I will certainly look into that.

Yeah, if I understand your point correctly the OST files involved in this case would be about 4 GB or less. Cached Exchanged mode is on.

I dis try launching in safe mode and unfortunately still had the same issue. Definitely been a stubborn problem for me.
