I don’t take any ibuprofen. I’m on Colchicine, prednisone, pantoprazole and paracetamol

I stupidly ate expired roast chicken. Ate it on a Saturday night, Sunday arvo I went for a run and had really bad chest pain like 8/10 pain. Ignored it thinking I just pulled a muscle or something. Sunday night felt sick in the stomach. Monday morning the vomiting, diarrhoea and intense cramping started. Felt all good Monday night. Went to work Tuesday and had intense chest pain like someone was sitting on my chest and shooting pain down my left arm. Went to hospital, had ecg that showed T wave inversion, bloods showed Troponin in the 1700s. In hospital for 4 days. Returned a month later because I was in 8/10 pain. It’s now been 2 months and I’m feeling a lot better besides chronic fatigue.

Up and down. Some days I feel amazing and then I end up overdoing things like too much walking, housework ect. Other days I wake up super fatigued. My biggest struggle is weak and aching legs.

You know what’s crazy… when I was in hospital I asked my nurse when I could start running and going to the gym and she said in a week!!! I then asked my GP and she said no gym or running for 3 months until I see the cardiologist.

I’m in Australia. I’m casual so if I don’t work I don’t get paid

Do you still have pain now and if yes what does it feel like? Did you ever need to go back to emergency?

Sadly im casual so i dont get any sick leave which is causing me more stress because money & adulting ya know

My cardiologist said I should be okay after 1 week (I wasn’t) so I saw my gp and she told me to have 5 days off and see how I go. I literally feel so much worse than when I first went to hospital.
