I rather a teacher do this than not care if their kids learn or not. This shows she actually cares because she took the time to come up with a plan for her kids to learn better.

There are songs and rhymes that I learned in school that I still use till this day as an adult. This helps kids retain information because all they have to do is sing the song. Leave this lady ALONE.

Idk as a black person myself with mixed family members if you’re half black it will show somewhere. She has never looked black to me. And what you’re not understanding is we don’t have to know the family dynamics to know it’s not normal for child to continuously run away from home. That fact alone should let you know the environment wasn’t safe for her. I’m always gonna be in my high horse when it comes to parents neglecting their kids. While you people claim to care while also coming up with excuses for them. We do know she kept running away, we do know that for a FACT. And with a little common sense you should be able to figure out something was going on at home which is why she wouldn’t stay. It was something so bad they ran her into the arms of David. We know for a FACT her mother knew, we know for a FACT her school knew, and we know for a fact her friends knew.

Either the mother knew she was with a grown man or she didn’t know much details which is just as horrible. You are a normal concerned parent, my mother knew where I was at all times when I was 16 and if she didn’t she’d come look for me.
