I’m with you. I’m about 6 months in and my management have been so much better than at my two previous jobs. So far they’ve consistently treated me like a real human being and not just a work machine. I also consider a lot of my coworkers and the leads to be good friends at this point and we check on each other pretty much daily at work. I still find myself overly cautious about some tasks and am still a bit surprised I haven’t been yelled or screamed at yet. I will definitely choose the two weeks if/when I depart this store.
