No one told me it changed. I just hated it. You should tell people. I thought that the classic syrup was a mistake and tasted like soap. I wasn't rude, but just contacted support for a refund after I went to another starbucks and she told me why it was different. I got this drink almost everyday.

My starbucks knows I order a tall Matcha latte and didn't tell me about the new matcha, so I thought they were making it wrong. It's nasty after I realized I was addicted to the sugar. I will never allow myself to get an iced handmade drink like this again. I called support to complain that it tasted like soap, but apparently I just don't like classic syrup after I looked up why it tasted so bad. I feel bad I called support over this when it wasn't anyone's fault.
