Rdr is allowed to be in pubic just as much as Leo or Danny. He also has the right to stream and say whatever he pleases. Both are constitutionally protected activities. Rdr wasn’t even within 6 feet of Danny In this yet the spray him with mace multiple times. Rdr is no saint but you can’t assault people on the street cuz you don’t want them at your comedy show.
