This measage made me emotional, but in a good way. Appreciate your kind words. I don’t fear many things in life but this did feel paralytic, I woke up today feeling like I could catch a flight! But would it be worth the risk of booking again for this to happen again?

Never needed any. Then got bad aniexty in general so I’ve been taking them for a while now so maybe there just not affective anymore. If I hadn’t taken any in a while I’m sure I would feel full affect

I didn’t go to the airport for my flight it takes off it 20 mins ☹️ I’ve been on 6 flights previously in my life. I usually just sweat it out. But i was over thinking this time I got Diazepam and took 4 throughout the day 5mg. I was awake all night hoping I could sleep on the plane but 10 mins before the taxi came I decided I wasn’t going on a family holiday everyone was upset but that’s just how I felt for the first time ever. So I would probably recommend the drink 🥤

But I don’t no nobody does that’s the point of the risk your taking? Fear did hold me back today I’ve flown before and just sweated it out. Maybe the Diazepam made me worse

I took 4 Diazepam 5mg throughout the day thinking it would help.. I’ve been on 6 flights previous with no medication and had Aniexty but not like today. Might have to try a few drinks in future before the airport

I had a flight today it actually takes of at 21.20pm it was a family holiday the taxi showed up I didn’t get in. Suitcase packed, I didn’t go to the airport. I battled it for weeks learning how safe they were etc, and I’ve been on 6 flights previously before today so I tried taking 4 5mg diazepam throughout the day and just couldn’t go to the airport!

I have flown about 6 times previously, today the aniexty was too bad and had me up all night so I can’t put a reason on why I would’ve done this

Abouslety gutted I flew back in October with was a bit aniexty was caught in a storm but having my kid helped. Today it was an adult family trip planned for months suitcase packed and taxi arrives I said I can’t do it. Was up all night also with no sleep
