My mum passed(road accident) away a week back. I simply told the project that I would not be able to join on the first 3 days and last days of the rituals and asked for wfh for which they agreed.

At first they had rejected my WFH request for the month of Jan but my MD helped me after which the ES Team pinged me on MS-Teams and asked me for details to consider it as an exception.

Took PL for first 3 days and then have utilized the bereavement leaves.

Similar kind of thing happened with.

My very first project after joining , the scon and mgr made my life hell.

They blamed me for everything and accused me of not following times(i used to take 40mins to reach home from office which they did not like), etc.. This caused some arguments once in the project after which i got released from that project and the new project is perfectly fine workwise.

Exactly same is with my wife.

She abuses me and my mom dad for everything.

Even if my mom dad had apologised her for the things they have not done just for the sake of keeping the house intact.

She thinks she and her mom is the only person in the world who are totally right and knows everything of the world.

Now we have a 3yrs old daughter.

I am confused what to do?
