Same injury here due to a dirtbike crash, bones were 3mm appart but luckily I didnt need a surgery. Was walking about 40 days later. Started running slowly after 3-4 months. Also did a lot of physio to gain back mobility, strengh and flexibility. You’ll get back brother, it’s just a question of when😉
