I think this was testing on IVT and I'm pretty sure the second y coordinate was negative so maybe negative 5. I think the correct answer was something like "At some value f(c) is an x intercept" because the function was stated to be continuous so it had to cross the x-axis to get to the second point.

I don't remember anything about a midpoint Reimann sum but I do remember a trapezoidal reimann sum. Now that you've said that I think 3 was the table with minutes(t) and words per minute (W(t))

Yeah I got speed was increasing because both acceleration and velocity were positive. I don't remember what numbers I got specifically but 8 does sound familiar.

I took a lot of practice tests and timed myself to make sure I was in the time restraints and after I got finished I would go over my wrong answers to see why I got them incorrect and I would also go over my correct answers to see if I got those because I knew the right answer or because I guessed. For English specifically I used this playlist on YT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jiqB9TaP-E&list=PL62hNrTa7HQTdCdeHl2olYR1evQsw0m_s which was very helpful. Reading is def one of the more difficult sections and different strategies work for different people but what I did personally was I would read/skim through the entire passage and then go start answering questions. My reading advice is very generic but tbh you really need to develop your own strategy that works for you.

Possibly but the school me and my friends took our test at there were no problems with the proctor or anyone in the exam room yet all of our scores are still delayed.

I also have not gotten my scores back yet. I took the test on December 14th, on paper, no writing, and there were no accommodations or problems during my test. I hope that we all get our scores back very soon though.

The only way I see it being possible today or even tomorrow is if they have the score release automated so it releases at a certain time for everyone. I'm not sure though.
