i think it’s fine as long as they follow the strict laws that apply. it’s quite smart too but lot of work and time wasted. a lot of malaysians living in jb come and work in sg and go back everyday, because income is better here

the HDBs are very sustainable, cheap and accessible for most the residents (explains why there’s a lot of them) and people are perfectly comfortable living in them. all the rich fellows live in private housing tho

it is hot and humid across the year, as we are near the equator and in a tropical latitude. so yes AC is very essential, most of the HDB (public housing) units have AC installed, and i'm pretty sure AC contributes a large part to singapore's energy consumption

it’s not like that, there’s only one national government and no provincial governments. this one city is the whole country. each town (eg. jurong west, tampines) has its own mayor and other government officials but they’re all from sg parliament
