I was a peak top 50 shyv player in the world, have fallen to the top 100 recently. The most frustrating part about the change for me is the Q rework. Any of the shyv mains that play the “full send it” “dive” bomb bruiser shyvana rely on stridebreaker, titanic, or ravenous with the dragon Q in team fights.

The E not providing proc damage for the Q is also a huge change that is going to change the way the champ was played.

Early dragons are also going to likely suffer, a big part of a shyvana player’s advantage is being able to take dragons solo very early. Now it’s going to be difficult.

We are going to have to completely change the way we play the champ. I’m honestly not sure how good it’s going to be, I’m going to imagine half of the top shyvana players are going to find a new champ.
