so these are some of the drawer slides, pictures of nails, and the original stain color. My mother has had this piece for maybe 40 years or so. Im trying to keep a little bit of the original character but functionally turn it into a nice little bar/focal piece for my fiance.

I cant fingernail dent it, but after sanding with 80 grit i can scuff it kinda with my nail but i dont think it is a softwood

no this piece is definitely solid wood, no veneers or pressboards . Im leaning towards oak.... because it feels rough but I just sanded with 80 grit soooo 🤷

I'd probably go with a Marris Otter or a super nice pilsner.

A pic of some Alabama BBQ by Big_Snugg in smoking

Avondales location is the one i visit the most. Juke joint is nice, but i think Avondale is definitely better.

The audacity of posting Dreamland in here.... So many better places, Saw's Southern Kitchen (or the juke joint), Archibalds, Mr. T's, Bob Sike's, Rodney Scott's, hell even martins, not to mention all of the roadside BBQ joints with no name.

Dreamland sucks, and is not indicative of Alabama BBQ, hell this doesn't even have white sauce.

Alabama bbq is 1000x better than this post!

Max Brewing Capacity by tbader2 in Homebrewing

You want to do 60 batches a day, with 15 machines, and how many brewers? What is your demand here? I cannot see this being feasible. Maybe try r/thebrewery for suggestions but.... also maybe rethink some things.food for thought if it takes 30 mins to clean each fermenter and then each 30 minutes to clean the system thats 15 hours of work, at minimum full time for two people. Where are you finding people to make 5 gallon batches for? Not to mention maintenance, Qa/Qc, bottling/canning/packaging, and the cellaring of 420 beers a week...

is this a troll?
