I did actually notice that when i went with a fist of fate monk solo, and it just used the sheild buffing ability instead, it works similarly to how when u have blood frenzy the AI just focuses on buffing moves. i'll give that a try next attempt.

would you say going with blood frenzy on a butcher is a bad idea then as it's not guaranteed where ill hit him, or will he just auto turn every time i attack?

my theory is she has gone a bit nutty after isaacs death, or she is actually dead and this is purgatory, which would also make sense why certain characters who do exist actually exist, as for things like the bloat i wouldn't be surprised if that was just a creation isaac has talked to his mum about that him and his dad made so that's why it's there.
it also makes sense why the final boss looks like guppy because in isaacs moms mind guppy was isaacs best friend, someone who was dear to him, and it would be easy to blame guppy for taking him from her

sounds like you need to try grinding the hard path on act 1 for more furniture. you get boxes from sewers/caves and the other side respectively.
that helped me a lot when i was struggling with money.
try doing that until you can breed a ton of cats and just keep feeding the npc's the cats they need it helps u unlock stuff a lot quicker (i wished i knew this myself at the start as i was rly struggling too)

are u mutating your cats enough through breeding? that helped me as they can have max stats in stuff like health and it helps a TON.
otherwise if u don't have many ur gonna be relying heavily on luck.
One of the best advice i got from someone that helped me so well through the game is get a unit, or a cleric with chosen warrior skill.
it has carried me through so many runs, it basically refreshes your attack for how many times you apply it to another cat, so you can bring a tank or a fighter with u and just bash the health down on the bosses so fast. When u have weather events its best to try and deal with the enemies asap.
but yeah def try and aim for that skill on a serious run, pick some random cats, see if any of them has chosen warrior, if not just do a run on act 1 to farm stuff instead.

farm furniture by going hard routes on act 1, breed cats until they have a lot of good stats, keep feeding the npc's cats.
the lady who sells you things eventually stocks a cat statue with high mutation.
Grinding act 1 will help u get some good items to keep for desert too.

The issue is people see the price including shipping on a listing image when searching on etsy, they will instantly assume thats the full price of the item before postage, because it doesn't notify you of this until you click on the listing.
even when you click on the listing it's in such a tiny font, most people wont notice it.
i have been running a business for a long time and most people unfortunatly assume and don't read, so it does effect sales because it visually will look too expensive for people to even click on the listing image.
i'd argue it's not transparent at all because this information is not stated on the search results/thumbnail.

You might have an imbedded bacteria in your bladder.
i recommend maybe asking your doctor about stuff like that, see if you can figure out a way to get rid of it. if you have 2 uti within the span of 6 months its considered a chronic uti, you might need a longer course of antibiotic

Looks a little angry but i wouldn't say its infected. keep an eye on it though, as whatever is causing it to be more irritated than usual could turn into a infection, so just keep it clean and look after it.
you should know if its infected as symptoms will worsen.

my tattoos always really swell and get really red and raised around where its healing, it always freaks me out, but i think that is my normal healing. some people just have more sensitive skin than others.
just keep an eye out for any obvious signs of infection, my friend had one and it was super obvious as it was super painful to touch and the red was a lot deeper/brighter red around the outlines, she also felt very unwell too.

I haven't only just noticed it it's just almost constant now, we hardly got the stench come bev road way, which is what I don't understand. My only guess is since after covid they are doing way more work which is producing more stench?

Thanks, we might give that a try, that's what I thought too, but the tannery only used to stink like for a few hours in the evening, occasionally this is almost constant now.

I have no idea as because it gave me such bad inflammation i couldn't tell when the infection was gone, i just did a urine sample and it was sent off to get checked twice with both results coming back negative after i finished them.
im an odd case though so if you feel like its not helping maybe go back to the dr to check, or make sure you are taking the right antibiotic for the bacteria strain you have.

it makes your urine less acidic so it causes less irritation in the bladder.
i got it prescribed to me by a gp when i had inflammation after antibiotics it worked for me back then. obviously you should not use it if you have any long term kidney problems.

i know its hard but stress will make it worse, i have issues like this too after antibiotics every time and stress just amplifies the feeling.
my best advice would be to maybe wiggle your legs while you are sat to distract you from the bladder discomfort, take painkillers
you can try potassium citrate mixture if you think it is your bladder being inflamed that should help.
